My name is Regina Clements and my husband, Brian, and I live in New Market with our two dogs. I've worked in the Early Childhood field for more than 25 years, including as director of a church-based center for over 10 years and a state licensed in-home center for over 5 years. I have an Early Childhood Education Certificate from Lord Fairfax Community College, Early Childhood certification from Virginia Workforce Development, and numerous endorsements from Department of Social Services.

Hello, I’m Tania. I have been working with children ages 2-13 from different backgrounds for about three years. I received my certificate in Early Childhood Education while in high school and am continuing my education at Lord Fairfax Community College in hopes of one day becoming a preschool teacher. I've always wanted to work with children. I'm fluent in Spanish and am always willing to help parents or children who need help understanding English AND those who want to learn Spanish!

I have 15 years experience in the child care field. I am married and have a daughter. I love to cook, gardening, crafts and being outdoors. I love seeing children's faces light up when they learn something new. The relationships you can build with the children so they can feel secure and have fun doing activities which helps them to learn is amazing. I like their different personalities and watching them learn and grow.

My name is Sherry Wean. I have always had a passion for children, whether they were mine or belonged to someone else. I have taught a kindergarten class, started my own daycare, worked at Kidzone Daycare, and worked at Shining Star Daycare. Being in this field for 35 years has led me to meet and love many wonderful families. Child care is what I love doing!!
